Spotlight Saturday: For the Love of Flashcards!

Today I'm linking up with Kindergarten Dragons for Spotlight Saturday! In this linky, we get to spotlight a product that has been crutial to our time as teachers.

Having been an ELL teacher, my favorite product is definitely flash cards. They're cheap and easy and SO versatile! Two years ago, I wrote this post on different ways to use flash cards in your classroom. This year, I'm revamping all of my flashcards & have introduced a growing bundle to my store! I'll also be sharing some new ideas on using flashcards, so stay tuned! I really want to encourage teachers to KEEP IT SIMPLE by going back to the basics. Don't overcomplicate your lives! Flash cards are a great way to stick with what works without going over the top. :)

Interested in this set, or any of my other Flashcards? They go on sale in my store THIS MONDAY! Plus, I'll also be giving a set away! :) Make sure to stop back by the blog Monday for some tips on using a Word Wall in your classroom, and for your chance to win this growing bundle or snatch it up on sale. :) Make sure to connect with me on Facebook & Instagram for updates on posts, sales, and giveaways! :)

  4. You made some really great flashcards! Being an Early Childhood Teacher, we label EVERYTHING!! Those cards could have two uses in the classroom, one for a vocabulary focus wall and another to label the real-world objects around the room!
Thank you so much for linking up for Spotlight Saturday and for sharing about such an amazing resource! I had a great time learning about your flashcards, thank you!
Have a wonderful week and a super great new school year!
